1. Overview & Service Usage Shooify specializes in personalized and custom-crafted products featuring customer-provided names, photos, and custom details. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Customization & User-Submitted Content Because our items are specially made using your images and text, you agree to the following conditions:

  • Ownership: You declare that you own the rights to, or have explicit permission to use, any photos, graphics, or text you upload to Shooify.

  • Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, trademarked without authorization, or infringing on third-party intellectual property.

  • Quality Disclaimer: The final print quality depends directly on the resolution and quality of the photo you upload. Shooify is not responsible for blurry or low-resolution prints resulting from poor-quality source images.

3. Orders & Cancellation

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., if content violates our policies or pricing errors occur).

  • Cancellations: Due to the custom nature of our products, orders can only be canceled or modified within [1 hours] of placement. Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.

4. Returns, Refunds & Shipping

  • Returns: Since products are custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
